Levering, retouren en restituties
Levering
Verkopers bieden een scala aan leveringsopties, zodat u degene kunt kiezen die het meest geschikt is voor u. Veel verkopers bieden gratis levering. U kunt de verzendkosten en de geschatte leverdatum altijd vinden in de aanbieding van een verkoper. Tijdens het afrekenen ziet u een volledige lijst met bezorgopties. Deze kunnen omvatten: Express levering, Standaard levering, Economy levering, Click & Collect, Gratis lokale verzameling van verkoper.
Geeft terug
Uw opties voor het retourneren van een artikel variëren afhankelijk van wat u wilt retourneren, waarom u het wilt retourneren en het retourbeleid van de verkoper. Als het artikel beschadigd is of niet overeenkomt met de beschrijving van de aanbieding, kunt u het retourneren, zelfs als het retourbeleid van de verkoper zegt dat ze geen retouren accepteren. Als u van gedachten bent veranderd en geen item meer wilt, kunt u nog steeds een retour aanvragen, maar de verkoper hoeft dit niet te accepteren. Als de koper van gedachten verandert over een aankoop en een artikel wil retourneren, moet hij mogelijk verzendkosten betalen, afhankelijk van het retourbeleid van de verkoper. Verkopers kunnen de koper een retourzendadres en aanvullende retourzendinginformatie verstrekken. Verkopers betalen retourzending als er een probleem is met het artikel. Volgens de wet hebben klanten in de Europese Unie ook het recht om de aankoop van een artikel te annuleren binnen 14 dagen vanaf de dag dat u, of een door u aangegeven derde partij (anders dan de vervoerder), het laatste door u bestelde artikel ontvangt. (indien afzonderlijk geleverd). Dit is van toepassing op alle producten behalve digitale items (bijv. Digitale muziek) die onmiddellijk aan u worden verstrekt met uw erkenning, en andere items zoals video, dvd, audio, videogames, producten voor seks en sensualiteit en softwareproducten waar het item is onverzegeld.
Restituties
Verkopers moeten een terugbetaling voor bepaalde artikelen alleen aanbieden als deze defect zijn, zoals: gepersonaliseerde artikelen en op maat gemaakte artikelen, bederfelijke artikelen, kranten en tijdschriften, niet-verpakte cd's, dvd's en computersoftware. Als u uw PayPal-saldo of bankrekening heeft gebruikt om de oorspronkelijke betaling te storten, gaat het terugbetaalde geld terug naar uw PayPal-accountsaldo. Als u een creditcard of betaalpas hebt gebruikt om de oorspronkelijke betaling te storten, gaat het terugbetaalde geld terug naar uw kaart. De verkoper voert de terugbetaling binnen drie werkdagen uit, maar het kan tot 30 dagen duren voordat Paypal de overdracht heeft verwerkt. Voor betalingen die gedeeltelijk door een kaart en gedeeltelijk door uw saldo / bank worden gefinancierd, gaat het geld dat van uw kaart is opgenomen terug naar uw kaart en de rest keert terug naar uw PayPal-saldo.
